Hey, everyone.

Well, I definitely jinxed it. And before you get too excited about there finally being an update, I should clarify that I didn't get my act together enough to finish the page. The reasons for this are varied and numerous: I've been trying to find my way around in the new place I live, my internet has been troublesome, and, most dramatically, I got a new job that is sucking up all my time. Perhaps now is not the best moment to be assessing such things, but while I'm not too happy about any of this, it is the way it is.

Anyway, the main purpose of this news post is to clarify that I have not died, and to apologize for sucking so badly. You all deserve better, and especially after I got you all worked up with promises of steady updates.

I'd like to assure you that I'll get back on track soon, but the reality is that my work schedule is so inconsistent and evil, that I don't know when I'll have time off. And when I DO get time off, I'm usually too tired to turn on my computer.

So that's that. I'm sorry for such crappy news, and such a long wait to get it to you. I'll try to get a new page up soon. And once again, I am really sorry. Hope things are going better for all of you, and thanks for your comments in the shoutbox.
